One Fee Fix - £89.50 or £129.50
We apply a simple charge for your repair. A one-fee-fix means no multiple call out fees. Your charge will typically be either £89.50 or £129.50 – depending on the size of the job – plus the cost of any parts if the parts are not under guarantee.

Ring us to find out if your machine is still under manufacturer warranty, or email the model number and serial number through. You may not need to pay for your parts if the appliance is still under guarantee.
The principle of ‘we will charge you only one labour charge per repair’ still applies but we reserve the right to review the charge if the problem is not resolved after reasonable efforts.
This occurs when the cost of the labour plus the parts are greater than (or close to) the cost of a new machine. At that point it may be more cost-effective to buy a new machine rather than persevere with a repair.
There may be a £10 surcharge for appliances that are not free-standing i.e. part of a fitted kitchen and more difficult to access to repair.
Email us for bank details. Invoices not settled within the stipulated 8 days will be subject to a £20 surcharge.
We can partly deal with Domestic&General on your behalf. Remember that even if your machine is insured sometimes a repair can still be too costly relative to the cost of a new machine. Most policies will replace an appliance if that is the case.
